This is pissing me off...

Post by J-MoNeY »

My car has a low idle miss. I can get out of the car and hear the exhaust go from "babababa da bababab da" something like that. Anyways, the exhaust note changes.

Things I've replaced or cleaned: K&N, all PCV hoses, PCV valve, spark plugs with NKG's(properly gaped), plug wires, coil pack, fuel filter. It just makes me think that the car is off a tooth on timing or something. Help me!

does the car have any other symptoms? my car has a very rough idle and it has a high rpm sputter/miss/hesitation, i changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, and it still runs like crap, no CEL, did that d-check mode thing and that did nothing as well, also reset the ecu, did nothing. :(

definetelly the idle control valve, that probably give you a bad idle, or if you are having misfiring, try to swap the ignition thingie and coil packs.
