Hey all, boost up question

Post by marshr32 »

Hi from New Zealand :D

Apologies if this has been asked before, I searched and found nothing.

A mate of mine has a TT legacy (think its a BE) and we have been looking for a way to raise the boost on the secondary turbo only, is this possible? Or do we have to raise the boost of both and live with the primary possibly lunching itself?

We arent looking to go stupid with it, 3psi or so more.

Cheers for any help, Mike.

Hey Mike,

Not sure anyone on here knows the answer, since the US didn't get the TT setup.

I don't know how the ECU controls boost. If there is only one sensor, altering that signal might affect how much boost the primary turbo sees as well.

Thanks man :D
Yeah I was wondering if you guys had got the TT stuff, there didnt seem to be much info on it.

So does anyone know which markets got TT?
Or does anyone have a clue how the system works?
Maybe we'll just have to experiment :D

Thanks again, Mike.
