Just found and joined this site

Post by subaruadrian »

Hi all. I just found and joined the forum. Love it! Lots of Subies that look like mine (sort of!) Glad to be here and I look forward to "meeting" other subie heads as well. A little about me, I work in Dallas as a Events & Promotions Specialist for Subaru. I do sponsorship of local or state events. I just recently aquired a 92 Subaru Legacy sedan (auto). Only modification so far is an external oil cooler/filter. I would like to do more as time and funds permit. Can anuone clue me in on where I can find a cat-back exhaust for my car? We run a great site for mods and ecu access, but it only pertains to newer models.... Anyway, please say hi and help me feel welcome!

I just did a search on yahoo for "92 legacy exhaust". Came up as the third hit.

Oh, hehe. I don't think anyone makes an exhaust system for the NA cars. The easiest way would be getting something custom done.

Yeah.. the down pipe from a wrx will fit, but the exhaust itself doesn't have the correct bolt on patterns. it's a bit too short for the places on the legacy. bummer.

So I'm assuming yours is a turbo then? If that's the case CES makes a system for our cars. Well for Liberty and Legacy RS's but it's close enough :)

Here's a link to their US vendor: http://www.msr-usa.com/

Thanks Nation!

Thawa, actually mine isn't a turbo (yet) ((wrx turbo fits fine as well)). Thanks for the link. No one here was really aware of anyone who would still do my model year legacy. We work quite a bit with Trey Cobb, but he makes bits for newer models only. Thanks for the help!
