Does anyone on the board who lives around here know of anyone who can do TIG welding and will do pipe fabrication with some experience with our applications? From what Matt tells me it's pretty bleak but I thought I'd put a call out there to see if I could get lucky.

I'll ask around, it's for your FMIC right?

My unckle welds exotic metals for an aerospace contractor. I could see if he'd be willing to do something if you like, but shipping might be killer.

theres always the chance that SUN Tech might be able to do stuff, they have all sorts of neat goodies... although seeing as some of my High School's students go there I wouldn't recommend letting them touch your car

If you could just figure out the lengths and bends or whatever maybe they'd be safe, that's all I can find right now.

The problem is that we are in the middle of BFE and the local shops are are a bunch of asshats that only mig weld and don't work with stainless. We have like Monroe and Mieneke. That's about it. :(

Yep, that's the truth of it. So, if anyone has a TMIC they'd like to part with I'm game. I'm not going to scrape the bottom trying to find a good exhaust guy around here.
