Is the outlet of the turbo 1.5" or 1.75"? Planning on doing Saab I/C this weekend and need to know for sure. Also, what did you guys do for the Turbo to I/C pipe? If I just get a tube bent at a 45 will that work? Thanks for your help.

It's about 45mm, so 1.75" hose fits over it neatly.
I used a blowoff valve and pipe from a 1st-generation DSM turbo. The pipe's about the same diameter as the compressor outlet and has about the right bend in it. On the turbo side I connected it with a piece of 1.75" radiator hose, and on the intercooler side I used a 1.75"-to-2.25" coupler.
The DSM blowoff valve fits great if you turn it around 180 degrees and use a 92 Civic upper radiator hose to plumb it.
