I thought it was from a 88 XT, but the vf 28 part of the model number has me interested....

Hmmm, I do not think that is a VF28. The flange pattern is a 4 bolt (DL, GL type turbos) not a 5 bolt like you'd want and I'd expect the VF28 to have.

I also don't think that the VF28 would be a rhb5 housing. That's the same as the VF11, which is pretty small.

That's a tiny turbo. It might be a VF-2; I dunno. But it's not what you usually think of as a VF-28.

That turbo is off an EA82T.
