Sway bar upgrades

I am buidling my 91 ej22 to rallycross and autocross. My plans as of yet are to get the KYB AGX struts with my stock springs.
This is to keep maximum suspention travel but yet have the ability to switch from gravel to hard top set ups. I still dont know what I could use for a rear sway bar to help with the infamus subaru road plow. the last autocross event i went toi was running aganced a Impresa RS and even with his suspetion work he was plowing worse than I was. Which cause me to be able to beat him in 2 runs. This should never have happened. My stock wagon should never beat a ej25 impreza with upgrades. Therefor I want to be sure that I fix my road plow problem. So does anyone have any ideas of what i could use for a rear sway bar?

You should have a rear sway bar now.

Whiteline makes a 20-24 mm rear bar for your car, and even has updated drop links.

I'd also recommend the HD sway bar mounts they offer.

If you get those two things, you should be golden.

There's a ton of uprated springs that don't lower the car. Check the compendium.

I am running:
agx, sti tops, H&R springs ( not to big of a drop) 20-24 whiteline rear sway, and FSTB, RSTB ( cusco gc-8 )

And she really holds the sway down to about nil!

Your wagon has better weight distribution than the RS so you should have less understeer than him. I don't think these cars could ever be insane low speed corner carvers unless coming down from high speed and hard on the brakes, but even then there's still going to be tire size limits and forward weight bias. Putting a large rear bar may help with understeer, but may also make it less stable in some situations. I know I have no problem getting the back to come out some in mine.

I have IPD's 22mm front and 22-24mm rear bar. Rallytek had a good deal on a kit. The rear bar fit, except it rub the spare tire floor. The car handles tight, with the KYB adjustable struts, carbon fiber FSB, upgraded sway bars.

I have a wagon with stock springs (shortened slightly) and AGX. I have the rear turbo 18mm sway bar with stock "C" endlinks with replaced urethane bushings and mounts, and the stock front bar also with replaced bushings in the endlinks (I put new stock rubber bar mounts back on because the urethane ones would NOT shut up)

I do NOT think the car lacks rear sway bar stiffness. In fact I think it lacks FRONT sway bar stiffness. I will not even consider putting on a bigger rear bar until the front bar is replaced with a stiffer one.

In fact I'm thinking of wrapping the stock front bar with carbon fiber, cuz I'm a tinkerer, a cheap SOB, and I have the fiber scraps sitting around doing nothing ($0.00).

Another thing, I fitted the AGX in the front and put the stock, old strut mounts back in. Well, I'm not liking it, I think I can feel them mushing and I will soon replace them with fresh ones, or upgraded ones. Better to replace the worn ones the first time.
