Remove finisher behind the door handle. Remove two bolts holding grab handle. I forget if you have to remove the speaker - three screws behind the cover. Pop door panel off starting from the bottom where there's an indent for your hand and carefully work around. I use a small scraper to fit in and find the clips that hold the panel on. You want to pry it as close to the clips as possible. When you get them all popped out you pull the panel up and out of the door channel. It helps to have the window down. When it's off you'll have a couple connectors to the window switches and stuff to pull out.

I usually remove the little plastic trim piece on the window gusset as well. It hinders lifting up on the panel. It's a real pain to try to put the panel back without removing this, too.
em - you don't have to remove the speaker, but there are 3 screws on the speaker cover. You have to remove those to get the panel off.
I've had to do this one too many times in the past few weeks........
