Your turbo is one pipe all the way...
What made you think it was 2 pipes?

He was probably just looking at the twin tailpipes.
The exhaust is one pipe all the way to the muffler. The muffler just happens to have two outlets.

Soo how tuff to replace it if I just threw the car on jack stands.
Are the factory pipes smaller then 2.5 inch?

My T-Leg had 2.5" exhaust on it when I bought it....the previous owner said something about a "Sport Exhaust Package" - no idea if he was talking out of his ass or not. So as far as I know, yes, the factory pipes are 2.5"

Stock pipes are 2.25".
Chris - He probably said that because he had the exhaust made and didn't want to sell a "modded" car.

Yep, that's probably the case. Oh well, it's not on there anymore.

stock NA pipes are 2", stock turbo are 2.25 as BAC 5.2 stated.
I'm not sure about your exhaust, but all the legacy systems I have seen have the 2nd cat integrated into the midpipe. a universal cat like your magnaflow will probably have flanges on both ends so you can probably have the stock cat cut out of the mid pipe, and a flange welded in. you might have a hard time finding an exhaust shop willing to do that though.
