plastic door handle joint thing

door handle. so i broke my door handle. well, not really. i broke the little plastic piece that holds the screw that brings the handle to the actually door. anyone know where i can get another one. i'd post a picture but i dunno how to. thanks

heh, I have a similar problem with the passenger door on mine. The little plastic tab is sort of messed up and the sheet metal is a bit bent, so the handle always eventually comes out from people pulling on it. I imagine the dealer could order it, or you could pull one out of a yard some where. There's a place in Glendale (if you're in SoCal), that has a few older Subarus. World auto dismantling or something like that.
