95 Legacy EJ22 swap into 90 Legacy

I have a 90 Legacy in excellent condition except for the drive train. I have a wrecked 95 Legacy with a good engine and tranny. Would I see any problems with swapping the motor? Looks like I might have to change out the intake and then the rear diff to keep the ratios the same??? Any advice is welcome.
Thanks,

Just swap the heads and block in and reuse the rest of the original engine.

So the intakes from the two cars won't bolt up? Diffrent port layout of the heads?

They should, but I don't know about sensor compatibility. If you just swap the whole deal over (intake, injectors, etc. as they can be removed as a piece) you won't have to worry. However, they may be the same anyway.

Isn't the 95 a single exhaust port engine?
Also, the 95 has an EGR valve......So you may run into more complications there.
