EJ22E - 2.2 Naturaly Asprirated
EJ22T - 2.2 Turbo charged
The EJ22T is a different block than the EJ22E in several ways but when most people refere to the EJ22 they are probably refering to the EJ22E.

I know about the EJ22T, so it sounds as though a EJ22 and EJ22E are the same thing if i am not mistaken correct?

Just 'EJ22' is an incomplete designation. However, most people who use the incomplete designation are referring to the EJ22'E'.

On another note, how do you like the GC coil overs? As I understand it, they're not a complete suspension solution, but... for what, $350? You can't sneeze at 'em for the adjustability. . .

i love the coilovers. There is about 2" maybe 2.5" of adjustment up or down in them. When they are all the way down the rear rides at about stock and the front sits a little more than 1" lower than stock. As far as how they ride i love em! A little springy but a hell of a lot of fun around corners. They were a solution to my body roll problem on turns. I cant imagine the handling that i would have with front and rear sway bars and 16" wheels. Plus you cant beat the price. I had the coil overs installed on KYB sturts. As far as ground control goes they are a good company, just expect them to take about two to two and a half weeks to get you the conversion kit, they are custom made to order. The only thing that i wish they had was a spring retainer so that the spring does not go free is one strut goes fully extended. If you want a coilover setup like that you are talking like almost $1700 for sturts and springs! All totalled up mine was a little more than $800 for struts and springs. If you are interested you should call up Bugaid in Shorline, thats who I had do mine.
