Okay, So i've got nearly everything, except water hosing(3/4"), and a couple other things. I need gaskets for my turbo. So the turbo inlet, and the turbo outlet gasket, will wrx part numbers fit?(I have a 16G and a Perrin DP if that matters). I also need water tubing. I'd like something silicone, because I'm a ricer, but have been unable to find anything. I can get 3/4" bulk black heater hose at work, but it's not nearly as attractive as.... well, anything. Could I even get anything at Home Depot, like clear line(that would be sweet if if could hold up to the temperatures, and the heat)? I guess those are my 2 main questions. I think I may have more, but I'm a tad drunk now, so yeah.
oh yeah. I need 2" OD(outer diameter) cylindrical stuff( like pvc pipe) to construct my model turbo to IC pipe out of(Making pvc or something then taking it, assembled to an exhaust shop to make it in SS for me). I cant find anything with a 2" outer diameter.. Any suggestions?

Wait -- are you sure 3/4" is what you want? The stock hoses are closer to 5/8".
I'm using 3/8" myself, actually. And it's bright orange! I just bought a cheap 50-foot hose from Harbor Freight meant for use with air tools. It happened to be bright orange, which matches the Igloo cooler from Home Depot that I'm using as a reservoir. It's actually doing fine in the engine bay's heat. I can't believe we didn't take a single picture of the setup at the Shootout.
The clear vinyl tubing won't do very well in the engine bay... You're right to be concerned about both the temperatures and the heat.Could I even get anything at Home Depot, like clear line(that would be sweet if if could hold up to the temperatures, and the heat)?
You could probably get away with it (I did have several inches of it in my AWIC tubing before to serve as a sightglass) but you'd be better off with something else.

The water outlets on my awic are 3/4" OD, as are the outlets on the stock water pump. I planned to get like 45 degree and 90 degree elbows to make it turn, dunno how well that will do though. I was hoping for something easy to cut, but if worst comes to work, I'll head to a muffler shop I suppose.

They're not 3/4" OD. They're somewhat smaller. I've got them right in front of me; I'm holding a stock MkIII Supra blowoff valve (3/4" fittings, like our stock BOV) up to the AWIC, and the water fitting is smaller.
I'm trying to figure out this pipe thing myself... I'm not sure if I'm gonna use the stock turbo or an upgrade turbo yet though. But anyway, I was thinking I that with an upgrade I might be able to use this radiator hose from the partsamerica conglomerate that Matt uses on his car for his 16G -- it's basically a 90-degree 2" ID elbow, but with long legs. The only trick is somehow attaching a fitting in it for the blowoff valve; I was thinking one of those copper reducing tees from the hardware store might work.

hmmm.. Well if it's just an elongated 90 degree bend with a sticky outy bit for the bov(I assume the factory one would fit), then this should be fairly straight forward. I'll take a look at that radiator hose today, but I'm very iffy about using a radiator hose, I'd rather run SS or something similar.

If you're positioning the sticky outy bit yourself, you might be able to line it up with the fitting on the compressor inlet elbow. The stock AWIC inlet pipe's fitting doesn't line up with it; the overseas elbow has the fitting at a different angle.

I've found a commercial customer at my work that apparently knows someone who does good mandrel bending, and he's going to get into contact with said guy. The commercial customer himself has a mig welder, and since he likes me, will likely do the welding that I need for a case of beer.
I plan to have an extra one made(to the exact specifications of the one that I'll be using) to be sold in a kit that I plan to make, for someone looking to do a similar swap to mine. This kit would include the silicone couplers needed, stainless steel t-clamps, and the tube from the turbo to the IC.
I'm also a bit of a procrastinator, and I just ordered my boost gauge last night, so it's very unlikely that it will show up before I have to have the car back together and running again. Does the MBC splice in easily(something that we could install in a short amount of time once the gauge shows up.
