Post by Splinter »

Just did a little mockup to see what it might look like

Anyone done this for real?

I think I like it.... probably only works well on a white car.

Reminds me of the Galant VR-4. The wheels were color matched to the car.

Kind of a slick idea. The green cars looked BADARSE!

Come to think of it... I color matched the wheels on my '59 VW (common trick for the breed).

Old 4wd Subarus had white wheels.

I just noticed I drive past a powder coating place on my way home from school every day, I think I might drop by there and ask them for a quote on this.

I am fan of color coordinated wheels, but please remember that it's going to be a pain to keep them clean.
