WRX down pipe??

Post by turbonator »

Just picked one up for cheap.

The car still has to pass emissions so what kind of exhaust setup do I need.?

How big is the wrx downpipe 2.5 inch does it bolt right up.?

Thanks

Stock WRX downpipe? I don't think it is really an upgrade at all except that you would have a fresher cat.
you should just buy a cheap catless HKS DP or something. You will have to move or extend the O2 sensor.

stock wrx downpipe 2.25" ID, not too sure the size of the stock downpipe in comparison. a better flowing downpipe will add more power to the car then just a catback, so i second what legacymax said.
