or in the 95MY production did subaru have their ducks not all in a row?
i'm having one hell of a time figuring this damn car out. it's a '95 L
and according to what i found online, the L was supposed to come with disc all around, only the base model and the brighton had drums in the back.. but mine has drums.. and that's just the beginning. lol.

in 90, 95 and 2000, the first years of the new US models, they did weird things. All of those years had only one engine choice available also.
The move to rear drums and no turbo was disappointing, but remember that the Outback hadn't been introduced yet, the Impreza was selling ok, but not as well as hoped, and Subaru was not doing that well overall.
