Some Aussie cops use WRXs, so it wouldn't be far off to use a Legacy.

IF I was an outlaw, I'd rather they use something slower.

Yeah, in New Zealand, where I hail from, the cops in the more remote/mountainous areas have WRX's and RS Legacies...

I might have to move back and get in with one of those departments!!

Cops probably got tired of not being able to catch them, so they got their own.

I'd hate to have one of those following me.

Hehe, too bad Super Troopers didn't have one of those :).

This thread is just more evidence that America has, on average at least, the slowest cop cars. But then again, you can't just ram the hell out of some with an STi like you can a big ole' Vic.

I'm glad we have slow cop cars, I'm not likely to get chased by one, but far more likely to get T-boned by the guy he's chasing, or the cop himself.

some A-hole cop from Barrington ripped right down the street on Halloween night, lights on, doing at least 55 (25 zone). The street was full of kids in costume and we (the other parents, and I) couldn't believe the stupidity. I don't care if his momma was getting robbed.

with gps tracking, multiple cops, stop sticks, and freeway cameras, you really don't need fast cars
That beer you are drinking cost more than my car
