AT/MT swap HELP!!!!

Post by poseidon1787 »

hey whats up i am in the middle of an AT/MT swap on my 91 front fwd legacy, so far i have got the manual tranny into the car, mounted, the new pedal assembly(i dont have a neutral safety switch on the small bracket on the pedal assembly, it broke off, i have installed the manual ECU, and i have cut and crossed the two wires on the b15 connector, when i try to start it, it has no spark, but the starter is engaging the flywheel, i have checked and replaced all the fuses what am i missing???

Have you tried it with your original ECU?

The neutral safety switch is not on the pedals. The switch on the clutch is part of the clutch interlock system.

You really didn't need to swap your ECU....in fact, unless you swapped all the sensors, you need to keep your AT ECU.
