Late model 5mt conversion question

I can get an 05 2.5rs 5mt for only $650 with only 4.4K miles on it. Does anyone know if this will fit my 93 Leg turbo wagon? I think it will, but the bigger problem is the lack of a speedo cable. Has anyone dealt with the electronic to mechanical speedo conversion? I'd think most people who use WRX trannies have come across this issue. Any quick responses and help would be greatly appreciated.
