AT and MT ECU question

Post by 91sleeper »

is it true that you don't need a MT ECU when doing a swap because the AT has the same ECU with an extra trans ECU? reason i ask is that i'm going to be doing the swap soon and i have a lead on a 5MT ECU, but if i don't need it then i have more $ for other things. thanx for any help.
