OBD2 code P1507

I'm getting this code on a '99 Legacy, 2.2 L. Has anyone else gotten this before and how do I troubleshoot it. There is very little info in my manual except that its "Idle Control System Malfunction (Fail Safe)" Can anyone please help to point me in the right direction here?

That's great. Thanks for the help. I cleared the code with my code reader and I'll see if it reappears before doing anything else.
