The article was pretty good- it provided a nice overview on the Japanese Turbo EJ20's from their inception (1989) to about 2002. You'll definately need a unit converter to make sense of the numbers though.
I'd post up the text of the article, but I'm not sure about the legality of it.

Kilowatts to HP: multiply by 1.34
Nm to lb-ft of torque: multiply by 0.738
