Any level 3 Software engineers out there?

My company is looking for a Software Engineer III-BIS
Here is a brief description of duties involved;

This position will be responsible for software development activities in support of the company’s business information systems (approximately 65%); this position will also work with other departments within the company (Customer Support, Product, Sales, etc) to troubleshoot systems-related issues (approximately 35%). Performs moderately complex to complex product design, systems analysis and programming activities which may require research. Performs moderately complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products. Reports to a manager; may provide peer level training/instruction and mentoring to junior developers.

By the way this is in Cleveland Ohio, or at least 20 minutes away for anyone who knows the area.
