Forester mt in 93 Twagon questions

In reading on the board, it seemed to me that most subaru trannys will bolt up to the ej22t although getting the right pieces might be confusing. I am trying to assemble the pieces.
I have a low mile 03 forester 5mt that I am planning to put in my turbo wagon. ( I have also seen that this may have not been the best option, but I am not going for super power)
My questions:
Is any flywheel ok? It seems I have seen that the WRX flywheel is larger in diameter. Is that better, or is it not usable with this combo and not a consideration?

Does the type of flywheel or the type of tranny (being push or pull) determine the clutch used?
Do I have a push or pull type in the 03 forester trans?
Can I convert the forester trans to a 3.90? (I think it's a 4.11)
If not what do I have to change out in my drive train to make it 4.11?
