Is it possible to use a AWD geartrain out of a wagon for my 91 legacy sedan? I'm not sure of the wheel base difference.
Is the GR for Turbo AWD different than NA AWD? If so, what are the GRs? Is a NA AWD Gear Train heavy enough to handle a turbo engine (looking for 220 hp). Probably going to see a lot of road and off road action. I would like to keep my final GR lower so that I can stand to drive the thing on the highway without hitting 3000 RPM the whole time.

Yes the drivetrain will work fine.
The final drive ratio is different between n/a and turbos. There are some caveats to that statement, but only apply to automatics.
