I am not sure if I will strip it, or gut it and give it to my other brother.

I'm going on my lunchbreak to look at a '94 LSi .. starts with starter, but not with key. back brakes locked up. wanted $550, I've got him down to $400 and haven't looked at the car yet...

it's FWD......
but it looks like the reason it won't start with the key is because the neutral safety switch is disconnected.
garage told him it'd be $600 to fix the "transmission linkage Park interlock problem"
hopefully I can talk him down to around 350 since it's FWD...
it's hard to find a good cheap soob around here though and homey claims the car books for $2k if the brakes weren't seized and it started with the key instead of hotwiring

The vehicle I may get is a rusty wagon that runs..... Its out in the boonies so its going to be a chance just going out to see it.
