replacement options for a 95 legacy 4EAT?

aside from the obvious, what year 4EATs will be a drop in replacement for my trans. in my 95 legacy wagon?
96 Impreza L sedan
97 legacy outback limited
00 Impreza RS sedan

95-99 IIRC

If you use 90-94, you'd have to swap the TCU because the 95-99 do not have Power Mode.

OBDII also kicks in with the 95+ models.
