So, since I killed my OLD laptop, I have not been able to tune in any way shape or form the SMT6.
Found a Compaq Presario 1210 on Craigslist for $50. In 95% perfect shape. All I had to do was change the AC adapter plug wire. The battery is only good for about 20 minutes, but I have an in car AC adapter.
$50 laptop score!
