Will an EJ18 crank fit an EJ22E?

Post by supernoob »

I guess I should clarify: Is it a direct fit replacement? My crank pulley just went for a walk.

It should. It's my understanding that an EJ18 is identical to an EJ22 in every way except for the bore.

Nope, I don't. Your homework assignment is to go home and think of all the reasons you can to NOT throw away an Ej18...

they have bigger cams than an ej22e right?
they can get you through a time of blown up nicer engines
really strong for boost
