So I was changing my oil today, and I decided while I was in there I'd do the drivers side valve cover gaskets (having done the passenger side some time ago)
Long story short, both PCV hoses split at the end when I tried to pull them. I dont have any hose of the right size kicking around, and as usual, Im left 15 miles away from the autoparts store. Im not even sure if they're open today.
If I run the car like this (+short pieces of hose with filters), is it going to spray oil everywhere?

I broke mine too.
good luck finding one. none at the JY, blackbart doesnt have any, so I have a piece of heater hose for my PCV valve hose. I guess they are super brittle from the conditions theyve seen.
if you have a filter that you can put over the lines, I'd say do that. doug said that the oil vapor from the PCV system can make you detonate so maybe get one of the sweet aluminum catch cans off of ebay and plug the intake.
