What can I do?
I got scammed on NASIOC trying to buy a used Perrin downpipe. I filed a claim with Paypal and am waiting for them now. I tried to contact the seller through PM's on NASIOC and his email that I sent payment to. What to do?

Try to get some redneck justice if all else falls through.
I'd make a scam post on Nasioc, for one.
