i want to know what is the difference in some suby's where the throttel faces foward and some facing backwards

do you mean the throttle or the intake manifold?

he wants to know can you just flip the intake mani around or is there some thing eles you need to get... or is it a entierly diffrent manifold

you can just flip it around.
it requires moving the alternator to where the AC compressor used to be, making it impossible to keep the AC.
depending on the IAC valve, you may have to do some coolant line rerouting.
