Is this knocking constant, or does it increase when when you up the RPMs proportionately? I am trying to find out what could be a cause to a similar situation I am having...

after you do a head swap or motor swap in general. you will always have a knock. if it is a lifter knock it could take up to 20 miles for it to go away. it took mine close to 15 miles to go away. drive it around and it should eventually go away.
