VF34 Vs. VF39

What is the main difference between these turbo's? Which would you recommend on a Hybrid 2.2T/20G swap in terms of cost and performance?

I'll tell ya as soon as my car runs again! But then again, I had a vf10 on it before so it probably wont feel much different.
