will i rub?

what do you guys think?
i have kyb agx w/intrax lowering springs.
the left is what im running right now and it rubs the back fender under hard cornering with acceleration.
would the right side rub the strut? would the tire still rub the fender?

I have AGX/ H&R lowering Springs. I had to remove the inner fender rubber rub piece because I was rubbing with 205/55/16 on 16x7's. I am thinking I may have to roll the fenders a bit just to be safe. I would not go above 215
