Will these springs work on a 95 legacy sedan with gr-2 struts and if they will how will it ride.

I think they may actually raise your car a tiny bit. But I'm not sure because the bottom spring perch might be lower/higher than a 91' legascy turbo sedan's which I am basing my guess on.
The main problem is you need to get different top strut mounts for the rear. There are STI Group N mounts out there, I'm sure there is a set that fits your car. but if you do that on the rear, you mind as well do oit to the front, I think both front and rear will run you about $280 but they are stiffer and will make a difference.

What springs can I use on my car that will not require any modification. Keeping in mind that im on a very small buget.

Whiteline Controls. You could post a wanted ad here on legacycentral, maybe someone has a used set. but first we should make sure you cant use the stock wrx springs:
what do your rear springs look like? Do you have a picture? Because if they dont taper, I am pretty sure you can use them. Check out the Sticky at the top of this forum, the suspension compendium. It will tell you what fits the 91-94 legacys. I'm not sure if they changed after '94, so maybe you should try to figure that out somewhere.

ok cool, good thing because I was basing my wrx strut fitment off of a 1991 turbo so I'm glad I didnt screw you over. Then I guess you can put the wrx struts on there.

So to do this, I will have to get WRX struts as well, for the WRX springs to fit. Or will the WRX springs fit the legacy gr-2 i'm wanting to get.

The wrx springs should work with the GR-2's made for your car. Since neither spring is tapered your top mounts should do just fine.

hey man, I know how you feel. Especially when you need money you dont have to fix a car you cant drive. But a word of advice: Take your time and save for what you really want, don't try to get too cheap, unless you really are just looking for something a little sportier.
Oh, and if you want to lower your car, go to
www.ground-control.com, they make coil-over conversion kits that take the place of your stock springs but utilize your stock dampers (or whatever dampers you happen to have) They use a threaded aluminum tube with a large nut on it that works as the spring perch. So you have height adjustability. Plus it comes with springs and they tell you what the spring rate is. not sure if you can request a different rate though. I think that its a good idea if you want to lower your car a little bit, or a lot. Check them out, my brother works there, and I'll be working there in a few weeks hopefully.
