Looks good man!
You mention heat exchangers.....are they for an AWIC, or front mount?

That is sweet!
Let's see that A/W. Where did the heat exchangers come from?

And I love the rust free zone we have here as well. I am from WI originally so I know first hand about what NaCl does to sheet metal
I am not sure on the manufacturer of the heat exchangers, I bought the car with the A/W installed already (done at a shop in Co Springs), and there is no discernable info on them. They are ~7" wide, 9" tall, 1.25" thick and are run in series. The intercooler core is ~ 12" long, 5" tall, 2.5" thick. Cooling fluid is forced around with a Johnson pump (again, I can't read the Mfg info for model#) through 1" OD tubing.
I've done some measurements of intake air at the throttle body, and found it to be reasonable after several 10-100mph pulls - But I would like a small resevoir for more thermal capacity.
I'm trying to get to the drag strip this fall for a baseline before I throw the VF12 on this winter. I do know that it outruns stock wrx's - and I am pretty much dead even with Matt Monson's NA terror machine (we've played several times on 20-80mph runs).
I'll tey to get some more pics of the A/W.

Were you the one that told me you had to "modify" the hood to fit the cusco bar in?
Or was that someone else?

Josh, Yes, it was me posting about the Cusco bar. But you modify the mount plates to make it work. it's easy, and I think the bar works very well and looks tits too
wiscon_mark.... looks familiar

one more reason to not move back the midwest - ever. (not to mention the winters - insert frozen emotioncon here -> ) And Thanks!

I just tried the rear facing WL bar, and it looks skinnier then this bar. The WL didn't fit.
The cusco almost looks like it sits a tad higher, but I'm sure from the pic.
Oh well....I'll try the forward facing WL bar and see if that fits.

Yo siouxbe,
Thanks, and yeah, I come through Flatirons every now and then.
My old friend John Stiener is a service rep there still I believe. Ask him about our little contest on Arapahoe with his S4 a few months ago (he did pull pull me unfortunately - though not much until >60mph, but I digress) . And my wrx wheels are Duplicolor Bronze, cheap and effective.
later,
Chad
