What heads/intake should I go with?

This might start a fight but...

I want to start putting more horses under the hood. Basically what I want is a good driveable car with a hell of a lot of whp and torque (was this obvious?). But what I don't want is a huge amount of lag. My original goal was to have 250 whp. So I guess the big question is...what is the best/easiest head/intake combo for my EJ22T block?

Another question...what heads are on the STi's?

What numbers do you think your laying down with 2.5 DOHC heads and the stock snail?
