When i make tight turns is seems like the weeks hop a little...
I have all 14 inch tires & Wheels but one has a slightly lower air pressure than the others.. how ever all the side walls and such are the same.... is this ok..?
also... When im in reverse... i sometimes hear what seems to be a slight ratter from under the shifter... its almost sounds like a verry faint Coffey bean in a garbage disposal....

All right, well, getting the right air pressure would be best, but I assuming the pressure difference isn't too great, the system can and will compensate.
I think you're describing torque bind. Unfortunately, to fix it, it usually requires taking the transmission apart and replacing a few worn out parts. You could always try a fluid change and that may help it for a while.
You may just have some loose bits in the shifter mechanism. That could be causing the noise.
