Got very interesting.
I went up to olypmia to pull a tranny for my car got one out of a crappy over 200k mile legacy. But thats not the cool part. I figured i'd visit Mark in olympia while i was there... Convinced him to give me a ride in his turbo leggy rally car. So we went to the hardware store to get a light bulb. Upon pulling into the parking lot I notice in the Cattin's parking lot a bunch of subarus with rally lights and tires. So after Mark gets a light bulb for his Co driver Map light we decide to roll up in there and see whats up. We pull up to a small group of important looking people and ask whats going on? They reply with "drivers meeting is inside." Mark was like, "Drivers meeting for what?!" They where like "For the Rally" Mark was like "for what rally!??1" So we come to find out that we basically randomly rolled up into the (Night On Bald Mountian TSD rally) with no prior knowledge of TSD or co driving. Being both drivers and all... So we said what the shit lets enter after I was like COME ONNN mark uuh. And he gave in I walk into registration while he goes to the drivers meeting. I get the car number 19 and we where told we have about 40 minutes till we start the rally. Then Mark decides he wants to not run the legacy and his XT6 would be a better Idea. So we rush back to his house throw some rally tires on the XT6 cause its a 5x100 bolt pattern just like legacys... His kid Jake is rushin around gettin us water and food for the adventure and I'm like zomg we gotta gtfo. So we make a dash for the gas station because after all that we had about 15 minutes to get to the begining of the first section of the TSD. So we ran the tsd pretty confused at first and basically the end of the story is we had a ton of fun did pretty damn well for noobs with a 6 out of 12 finish in our "Sop - Seat of pants" class. and 16th out of 24 people overall. I have a new respect for co drivers that shit is HARD.

Sounds like more fun that a sack of squirrels tied up to a camels belly while in the throes of birth!

Sweet!
