Where are you at in York? Closer to Dover? Or more to the South?

Just so that I understand, when you say the heater core was replaced and only blows warm air, does that mean when you put the control on AC that only warm air comes out too? Or do you mean that the heater doesn't blow out hot air, just warm air all the time?

basically no matter the setting, it acts as though the heater is on. when everything is turned off warm air comes into the footwells even when set on cold.
