Original Equipment Rims from 1999 Legacy

Will these fit on a 1994 Legacy Wagon?

I want to upgrade my 14inch steelies to the 15 inch original rims from a 1999 Legacy...

The measurements are 15" x 6", 5 x 100MM Bolt with +50MM Offset.
