Need help installing Hella 500 fogs (mostly w/ mounting)

Post by jblair »

I recently purchased a set of Hella 500 fog lights and I need help installing them. I'm pretty sure I can figure out the wiring, but I need help mounting them. I've searched this, and some other forums, but have not found a solid write up. I'm not too inventive when it comes to drilling, sawing, grinding, etc., so I'm looking for something easy.

My PIAAs came with the heavy duty double sided tape & it has held up for 11 yrs now. If these aren't huge with only a tiny base to stick to, that may work for you. Mine are mounted in the factory foglight spots & there isn't much solid structure to drill into in the front bumper (which is why they are in those spots).
