Last night I went to Autozone and picked up some front pads for my 93 SS. This morning I went to install them and noticed they are the wrong pads. They had notches on the sides instead of tabs. I went back to the Autozone I got them from and they check the computer and the book, tried different years and models of Subarus, and couldnt find a matching pad. Finally the guy found a Subaru pad that was the same. It was the pad for a 2000 Legacy Brighton with 14" rims. I was like
...The guy made it seem like I didnt know anything about the car I own.
I think the pads I first got were the MDK563 Duralasts, and the pads that fit where MDK721 Duralasts.
Oh well, I dont think Ill have to go through that again. Ill just upgrade next time I have to replace them.
