tac problem

Hi

I have a 1990 subaru legacy wagon. And when its cold outside the tac works for about 1 or 2 minits and than when it worms up the tac stops work. Ive tryed searching and i coundnt find anything has anyone else had this problem thanks.

That's very weird......I'd probably suspect the combination meter is bad....and or the motor used to move the tach.
