Just wondering. I was thinking of stripping my interior and putting plain aluminum panels in place of many of the panels. Especially over the hole between the trunk and the cabin where the back seat is.
I know some of you have stripped interiors, so just wondering.
Anyone rocking aluminum interior panels?

Pssht.
Who needs it?
Besides, you could put sound deadening on the aluminum panels. Would kinda defeat the purpose, but you could nonetheless.

I stripped out the entire back, B & C piller, and headliner...
All my friends tell me to cover it up with alum or vinyl tarping to make it look pretty.
But its ugly as it is and that makes me happy.
It's really fun watching the rear power windows too.

That's about what I was thinking, except rolling the top of the aluminum sheet to mimic the top curve in the panel.greg donovan wrote:we want to cut off the door card below the padded area at the top and replace it with aluminum sheet.
If you do it, take some pics.
