Quick question on WRX's

Post by RallyRS »

Hi,

I know this is a Legacy site but I got a WRX question.

Does anyone know how much boost a non-STI WRX runs when standard?

I guess the psi level changes throught the years, but if you know a year let me know - year & psi.

1996 and 1993 are the years of interest.

If you know the STI psi level for the same year, please also let me know?

My guess would be non-STI around 8psi and STI around 14psi????

Cheers
Hayden

We didn't get the WRX till mid-2001, so those questions are kinda hard to answer...

Might want to peek at a UK or Aussie WRX site for more info on that sort of stuff.

I think they've run around 14psi for all model years of the WRX.
2009 Outback 2.5XT. 5MT. Satin White Pearl.
2009 Impreza 2.5i Premium. Blue.
