I had it for about a year, and didn't really put too many miles on the stuff.
I have a Shoei RF1000 helmet with the Badge TC-5 graphics on it. It's got two windscreens, a clear one and a Shoei smoked one. Of all of the helmets I tried on, this was definately the most comfortable and lightest weight. It also includes the chin baffle and nose baffle. It also includes the helmet bag. The helmet is in perfect condition. The only thing to ever hit it was bugs on the highway. It is a size Large.
Retail is like $475, plus $50 for the smoked windscreen. I'd like to get $350shipped.
I've got a Joe Rocket Ballistic 5.0 textile jacket. It's black with white, and was extremely comfortable when riding. Great air flow in the summer, and GREAT insulation when it got colder. It's got a removable insulation layer, and it was very comfortable, even when wearing it all day long. I never felt unsafe and I never worried about being hurt. Again, no scratches, no worries.
I don't remember how much I paid, I think it was like $225 or so.

661 Full Bravo carbon downhill helmet Not a motorcycle helmet, but this was my downhill helmet when I used to ride. I used it for, probably 6 months before I had to stop riding. I never went down, and the airflow was fantastic. The helmet has great air flow, and it holds onto goggles REALLY well.
I think it retailed for $250.
