If any at all, what after market turbos could you call a bolt on for the 93 Lagacy Turbo Sport.

do a search. Deadbolt makes bolt on ones.

Do all Subaru turbos work as a bolt on for all models? so say would a 2004 STi turbo bolt on?

no. very few turbos will just bolt on due to the 90 degree inlet.
