I figure while Im doing the timing belt I might as well throw in the delta camshafts I have

Ive got new:
Waterpump
Timing belt
Thermostat
Crank seal
Cam seals (front and rear)
Oil pump o-ring
valve cover gaskets + grommets


is it really as easy as just popping out the old cams and putting in the new? I dont need to adjust anything?

It is really that easy! Ej22's are just dreamy little motors...

ps. get me a pay pal addy and a total. I now NEED that harness...

It's easy, the only difference is you have to put the shims behind the HLA's when you install the cams.
